Earning Tokens of Valor

The Tokens of Valor are given to exceptional leaders by family members lower rank when they are impressed by their leadership abilities. It acts as an endorsement for Leaders who organize family events and run them with compassion and a calm stature, while displaying Honor and Integrity to their followers. These tokens are only given to members that make the Gaiscioch a better family. Additional qualities that may earn these tokens are: Kindness, Patience, Compassion, and Selflessness. They can see past now, and recognize the results of their actions and the impact they have on the future. Members who go out of their way to help their family are eligible for this token of respect.

The Token of Valor is a requirement to ascend into the leadership ranks. It was created as a way for people to show their support in upcoming leaders. In addition it prevents self proclaimed leaders from ever setting foot in our sanctuary of warlords. The transition from thinking solely about "Me", into thinking more about "We" is rewarded through these marks. By collecting these tokens a member can continue his journey through the ranks.

In addition to receiving Tokens of Valor you may occasionally receive comments on your performance which can be seen on your profile. It is our goal to allow leaders to thrive and continue leading activities for the family to join. The Token of Valor allows us to separate true leaders from those who demand power and control and the health of our family greatly benefits in the end.
