Easter Sunday Crifting Run Posted this for all to claim for today's crifting run. Louhi will be back next week to lead the charge. get well soon Louhi. Varder
Began with some seige placement practice, took multiple keeps and had some good combat. NOTE: for participation, I selected outposts for the keeps we flipped since I'm not ranked to select keeps yet :))
Everyone did an amazing job keeping close together with crown and following lead...
Serenity Leadership I have run with Serenity several time in Guild Runs. His instructions are clear and easy to understand. He doesn't go ahead of the group, he waits for everyone and gently corrects us when we are confused...
Auric Basin Meta This event during our run is the BOMB.. so much fun and SOOOO much Loot. I have 8 20 slot bags and they were almost all full. and not just garbage. even got an ascended recipe for the viper's stuff. Cleared the entire map...
Great run! Great run! We didn't get that much activity, since destro seemed afraid of order, but we did get a few good fights. And we didn't lose a single flip.
Shopping, not for the faint of heart... Mother-mine,
Imagine my surprise when a trip to the bazaar turned out to be a bloodbath! Things are very different here in Stormreach, but we survived the slaughter, although I think we will never see a "bazaar" in the same light again...
Sharn Syndicate - Tarred and Feathered That intrepid band known as Gaiscioch [GSCH] has once again defeated evil and driven the infamous Sharn Syndicate from their money-laundering schemes in the Stormreach Marketplace. What will they do next? Perhaps Chronoscope or Tempest Spine? Stay tuned!
Wandering around looking for my coffee 2.11.18 We had a good turn out for Sunday mornings event. We were able to complete the entire map with only a half hour extension of the event. All those who attended and claimed the event now have an entry into winnings Mango's nest of gold which now sits at 200 gold pieces...
Deeper into the catacomb... Konyth the Fighter, Tip the Rogue, Mazzar(r) the Wizard, Kiovar the Druid and Yobe the Cleric ventured deeper into the catacombs to solve the mystery of the disappearance of the bishop's daughter. The clues led them into the catacombs housing the remains of the Dryden family...
Too much coffee for Mango! She is giving away her nest of gold! This will the first event I will be counting towards the Feburary raffle pool. Make sure you claim participation for all of EL and Mangos events. On the 25th of February I will be raffling off a chance at the prize money from all the donations and shines that have been turned into gold from Mangos and my events for the entire month...
I serve at the pleasure of Verve Amazing how a lowbie like me could enjoy a boss romp across Tamriel, but it happened. I rode in on my dead horse, shooting arrows into the sky, and even though my Discord could hear but not speak, really enjoyed the adventure.
Teamwork! Namrie is an excellent teacher of this dungeon. This dungeon does require a lot of teamwork, enough to where I wish I had done a little light reading about it ahead of time. Nevertheless, Namrie had several strategies and tricks up his sleeves to help see us newer folk through to the end...
Guard Duty My turret spun, raining bullets and fire on to the forces of Destruction below. I stood victorious on the heaping pile of bodies. High Elves on their horses looked up at me in awe as grenades flew from my hands and found their targets as if guided by the gods themselves...
Daggers in good fights in Maguma and EB Great fights tonight with good sustain and great cross talk in comms. Thanks All for the great feedback and heads up fighting tonight. We can get much better and talking to one another is the start of the process...
Golden Times and Wit We had a great time being an all ladies crew teaching Gill fractals, getting legendary thingies collected, and just lots of good chatter. We definitely laughed and well being a golden girls group there were bio breaks too!
Almost done with Mount Maelstrom We got close to finishing up Mount Maelstrom. We will start Next week at Gorovan Waypoint and go south for one heart and another to the southwest of the lava and we will be done. After we are done, we will move into Straits of Devastation, in the southwest corner portal, to start clearing there...
Class is in session! Great class! I attended this training session for the first time to soak up any knowledge I could about WvW, which I am enjoying the heck out of but I'm still a 'newbie'. Todays class featured skill discussion, rotation, and practice for Guardians...
Thanks to everyone that made the RIBA and META happen TWICE! All I can say is Silverwastes is a crazy place to lead and I understand the RIBA just find, but the META at the end boss and the paths still foils me on what to do at each. I had a great crew that knew what to do and helped those who did not just find a place to keep beating on things so we could keep all four forts going (where most of all the claimed items came from)...
Sand everywhere! Okay so there was this vine, no wait, there were these forts, no wait, there were these dolyaks, no wait there were these mordrem everywhere!
Anyway, we did lots of stuff, and got some stuff. It was fun, thanks Bris!
Catching up for next week! World Completion with Gma Fog Wanted to let the followers that didn't make it this week to know which way to clear for next week. We started at Gorovan Waypoint in the NW Corner and moved east on the northern perimeter - Waypoints we got were: Bard's Waypoint, Broken Arrow Waypoint, Gauntlet waypoint, Crucible of Eternity waypoint and all the POIs around that complex, Old Sledge Site Waypoint, and Judgement Waypoint...
Mango's Wake Up Call Mango certainly keeps us awake while we wander around looking for coffee. She kept yelling at Daddy to kill everything in sight when she saw flying objects.
Mango is a natural leader Mango is a natural leader, keeps us focused on moving from area to area in a "If it's red, it's dead" fashion". Mango will also send you coffee, if you can't find your own - impressive!
Mango's assistant Eluveittie does pretty good, too.
Great Times and I FOUND My Coffee I've run with El quite a bit in Rift last winter and he is doing well even on his second event in GW2. He did a great job leading us around the map, doing events, finding our shinies and our coffee, and all the red had to be made dead...
Fun Run indeed What a mixed bag we did today! In addition to a few zone events for those faelight sparkles, we finished the guild quest and landed Gaiscioch at level 30 (max level). We ran Bloodfire Citadel and got Varder and Scappi their mounts...
A quick expected map clear delayed ;) This week we had a small portion of the map to complete and thought we may finish a bit earlier than usual as a result. In the Gaischioch way, we had invited a non-guild member to join our group as they were tagging along with us...
Louhi Louhi We're learning.... we're having tons of fun. Louhi is not only a good strong leader looking for things for us to do for these achievements its also great fun .... now if he'd only teach us to speak Swedish as well as he speaks American...
