Smitty Posted a Battle Recap: 37 Blissfully Wasteful Golems!
Oh, what a day! A happy birthday to me! 45 people in channel, and a Golem rush for the ages. 37 golems were build and manned. We tore through GoM and took objectives with glee and ease! We began as a smaller group under Leslie's wings retaking areas on our own BL but as her legend and deeds spread, we gathered many more to our fold and retook much of the BL then pushed in to our enemies' territories, causing havok right and left.

Zoomzoom Posted a Battle Recap: Engies in WvW
Terafer hosted a great WvW event where we foces on Engy class. What I learned was that if you have 15 Engies all using Flame thrower, it makes a rather intiimidating entrance ! A number of people use tools and boots as part of their build (I do not, I use bombs to unleash hell) and if you do use tools, choose traits accordingly. Grenades are a great distance attack with lots of OOOOmph. Mortars can do some neat tricks but I didn't catch what they were. Basically, if Terafer is running one of these on a class that you love, you should check it out, you will learn some new things !

I haven't been able to play much of ESO the past few weeks. I have 3 teenagers in high school, and getting them from marching band practice, to instrument lessons, to fundraisers, to football games, picking up from after school activities, and finding time during the day to do all the other things I need to and play this game have been quite daunting. BUT, I think I finally got a bit of a balance going and will have some free time to play the new expansion on Monday. In addition to my kids staying busy with school and extra curricular events, I also am in a skee-ball league that plays on Monday nights...

I had an awesome time and really enjoyed it. This was my first time ever doing any type of PvP in ESO. This gave me great flashbacks of DAoC and the RvR days. My friend who joined us, Miwaymi (however spelled), was even impressed and asked how often you guys do this because she wants in on more and the guild! Great job Fog and everyone that helped do this!

A good run. Wouldn't have been possible without all the leads from Deacon and Cam the past many moons. Deacon (who knows the map better tan anyone) having the rear made rapid (that was difficult and tiresome to learn to do but so good to know) flanking, staying together, the big picture among other things and Cam (like Emily Dickinson's HOPE) being perched on the shoulder of the team, watching, scouting, making sure everyone was safe and rezzed.

Sorry about having to cut my event for you all short last night. My microphone just hit the biscuit. We were doing great until that happened and did manage to run for almost 3 hrs. We also took 3 Keeps and helped the other Commanders keep our PPT nice and high. A special thanks to Serenity for spending a half hour with me in TS and game chat, while trying to see if I could actually use my husbands microphone. We went out and bought me two new ones today, so I should have voice soon. Thanks to all of you again for coming out and doing such a great job last night!

I want to thank my Havoc Sqaud for a great late night in the Borderlands last night. We had very small numbers and accomplished so many things. We made sure to siege up our Home BL and maintain it, as well as upgrading it through out the night. We hoped to AR and used golems to take all their Keeps, then bounced back to SoR and got rid of their camp hoppers. We hit BP a few times, then bounced back to AR and re-took the Keeps that BP took while we were gone. Then we took everything else on AR's map...

Played non-Vet AvA for the first time last night. It was surprisingly fun. We had a small group, but we were effective, and had lots of fun, or at least I think we did. It was a change of a very monotonous normally Vet run. Not that all Vet runs are monotonous, but they can be. It was a nice change of pace, and made me want to play my lower level toon.
