As you've probably noticed we've been bleeding out a lot of high-level players. It is difficult to keep them involved in the end game when we don't have anyone willing and able to lead Raiding events. When we do get members who try there aren't enough people left to get them going. This is an age-old chicken or the egg problem we saw in RIFT. Unless we can find a group of people willing to stick out the wait and help people get to the place they need to be, we're going to have a rough road ahead.
I understand if players wish to move on to other guilds in World of Warcraft: Classic, and welcome you to do so if that’s what you need to do. I do hope that we can find those select few who are willing to wait it out and put something together we can enjoy together. If not, then we will become a casual wow classic community that quests, explores dungeons and crafts together. Raiding has always been a rough spot with us as we are not a "hard-core" community. It typically takes an event leader to rise up and organize the troops for some good old raiding fun.
