Kitty Posted a Blog: Weird Day
Sorry for missing this morning's WvW, I was without electricity for the whole day.
I also went to the ear-nose-throat doctor. My MRI looks fine and my audiometry is still lousy, to everything points to ménière's disease :3

Vyse Posted a Guide: MUST USE Strategy for dedicated crafters.
MUST USE Strategy for dedicated crafters.
I have been working on a guide for a while now and at this point I am feeling like I am never going to finish it. There is some very useful info I wanted to share so we can plan and strategize accordingly before launch.
I spent several hours, creating items and monitoring xp gain. It became very simple and in my testing I discovered that for blacksmithing it is most efficient for xp gain (inspiration, whatever for my sanity I will call it xp) to craft level 6 daggers or belts...

Multi Posted a Blog: Good afternoon Gaiscioch.
Hello,
I wanted to send a heartfelt hello to anyone who happens to glace at this.
This weekend was an extra long one for me. I wanted to dive into content and run as much with the family. I must say this family community is great.
The amount of detail everyone has absorbed and shared is like a cornucopia of knowledge. The atmosphere of Raidcall is really relaxing and beneficial to growing as a knowledgeable player and family member.
I'm still really new to the community. I look forward to get to know everyone in good time...

Multi Posted a Blog: Good Morning Gaiscioch!
Hello,
I just want to say good morning to everyone. I am still feeling excited from the events that were posted on the calendar yesterday. Starting with some early morning WvW, to some map clearing, to some clobbering time in EB, then to a techno trance, going to make you dance, put it in your pelvis, shake it like Elvis, BL WvW representation.
Earlier, I had a conversation with my roommate/best friend about online gaming. To me I get the biggest kick when someone logs in and sets to accomplish set task at hand...

Multi Posted a Blog: Good Evening 3/20/2014
I just ran two of the scheduled events on the calendar today. It was pretty interesting. I'm starting to learn where most of the common zerg patterns are starting to form and usually what direction it will most likely come from. I'm absorbing a lot of the tactics I have seen deployed on the WvW field. A lone Mesmer usually means a huge group is about to spawn.
I posted on the in house forums and got what I was looking for. It could have been worded a little better. It basically changed my perception on how I play the game now...

Multi Posted a Blog: Good Morning! 3/20/2014
Just got home from work and I'm feeling awesome! I'm looking to run as much content as I'm able to run in these next few days. I'm on a personal quest to find a couple of things out.
1. How do I progress my PvE Gear?
2. How do I progress my WvW Gear?
3. Is it better to have one set of gear or two?(Dps focused or healing focused)
4. Which is a better rotation for my Ranger? (melee combat or ranged)
5. Other than calendar posted calendar events, how can I become more involved with the family?
This is a short list of what I was thinking about, any suggestions are welcomed...

Multi Posted a Blog: Wild Ones >.<
I got a chance to run with the Fam, in a small tactics group today. I am really feeling this game. I died some silly deaths. Lots of falls, stuff like that. The main one was by some wild animals. Just because I play a Ranger doesn't make all animals my friends. I quickly learned that WvW animals have some issues. They don't like it when you get too close to them. Pretty much they are spawned upset. Here is my adventure with the "Wild Ones " I stubbled into some Drakes, they greeted me by attacking me, while I was trying to port to the home keep...

Multi Posted a Blog: Hello
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to say how excited I am to be a part of a world wide gaming community. I had a chance to participate in a massive online event. Wow, never have I seen excellent coordination like that before. Never have I seen that many people in raid call or any other form of online voice chat behave so well. I have played other games such as DC Universe Online, great game but the player based community standards are very high and not very welcoming. That being said, I have always felt like something was missing when I was gaming online...

Terafer Posted a Battle Recap: Daggers on the attack in SoR , Dragon Brand and SBI
Great Night of fights and conquest thank you all for your efforts tonight! Next time I will be more careful of my placement of portals and we may once again give DB some headaches at there garrison. I hope to see you all next week! Cheers!

Marcovius Posted a Battle Recap: Like a Rolling Tide...
GSCH members too many to count rolled through Mount Maelstrom - an unstoppable tsunami crashing into and crushing all obstacles arising before it. The Infinite Coil Reactor Meta Event chain completion culminated in an extended fight with the Commander. I know I got bounced around a bit, and although I was Downed a couple of times there was always someone there to help pick me back up. Other "tough" zone champions managed to survive for a few brief moments before they too were snuffed out - Aquabase Terror-Seven's massive pet, Fluffy, and the Krewe Leader come to mind...

Terafer Posted a Battle Recap: Daggers early defeat at SoR Garrison ...becomes great Victory at DB Garrison.
Just as we gathered in Sanctum of Rall Borderlands for the evenings festivities a large DB force successfully assaulted our SoR Garrison. We were greatly outnumbered and had not yet fully organized, the fight was over quickly. ( I will be more proactive in my screams for help in the future!) Even with the early set back the Dagger's rallied and headed off to the DB border to have a bit of fun. From that point on we were on the assault. Taking down siege at keeps, taking towers and Keeps and getting the blood lust buff in DB border, building golems for later as we went thru the evening...

TheChadillac Posted a Battle Recap: Another great night!
Thanks to everyone who came out to fight tonight. One criticism, Aingeal is very knowledgeable and leads very well, would be nice if he had a bit more patience, especially with the group being for beginners. Calling things out well ahead of time would save heartache amongst the group. Other than that, I had a great time and cannot wait until I get to play again!

Rev Posted a Battle Recap: Sometimes less is more
For our Monday GTA we had a smaller group than normal, probably less than 60. Even with lower numbers and trash talking trolls, Jessica got us through the Bounty, Challenge, Puzzle and Rush in plenty of time. It was a rambunctious group, but our leaders held it all together. We brought down Bookworm easily as our Bounty. We killed the Ogre and Devourers simultaneously in "Branded for Termination" for our Challenge. We went to Angvar's Trove for a frozen guild puzzle, and even that couldn't slow us down (Does anyone have the Dolyak torch?)...

Neoyoshi Posted a Blog: Daedric Light-Armor Re-imagining Concept Art.
So for some time now, I've always wanted to see Re-imaginings of a lot of the Armor types in the Elder Scrolls titles.
One of which is the Daedric armor, it's always been one of my favorite designs from a aesthetic point-of-view. And it has always been one of the most "Prudish" and unflattering pieces of armor as well.
It just wants to cover up everything. xD
Well, i wanted to see what it would look like if it was redesigned to be skimpy.

Rev Posted a Battle Recap: They could not keep the Keeps
We began in SoR borderlands only to see that our server was not in control of most of our own lands. That changed quickly. We took some supply camps and then moved mighty golems to reclaim our Garrison. After we dominated the Northern part of the map, we switched to other borderlands to catch them off guard. We dominated the supply camps in enemy lands and then began to move our siege weapons to their gates. For such a small raiding force we were able to take multiple victories and an amazing Keep assault...

Ekadzati Posted a Blog: ESO: Ekadzati, Dunmer Sorceress (backstory, origination into the ESO world)
The books clunked and thumped onto the floor as the weary woman settled into the chair, accidentally disturbing them. “Damn it, Ek, watch what you’re doing!” The Nord who shared rooms with the sorceress huffed resentfully as she sprang from her seat upon the chaise to gather the tomes from the floor and gently place them out of the other woman’s reach.
Ekadzati nodded wearily, “Yeah, yeah, precious books of learning, mustn’t injure them. Maybe you should put them back in the library, where dusty old things belong...
