Magazine Team Meeting / Training
On Saturday July 1st at 2PM PT we will be holding a Magazine Team Livestream walkthrough of the new Magazine Dashboard to begin widespread use of the new tool which should help streamline and track the process.

Gaiscioch Launches Patreon Account
Last year, I quietly began accepting support from member to help keep our site and community online. We had a few members help us cover the costs and even gave us enough to get some new patches ordered and purchase some software I had been eyeing to help us make better videos.
Since then, I have unfortunately lost the side job of 14 years that allowed me fund Gaiscioch. So I am faced with 2 options. Look for another side contract that will take me away from the community a bit more, or see if we might be able offset the deficit with contributions from members of the community. After talking with a few community members, they encouraged me to set up a Patreon account and see what we can offset from there. I like the idea of offering reward tiers for contributions so this was a nice platform to make everything official. There is even an option to get print editions of the magazine for those who choose to go to that level.
That said, I do not want to ask you all to fund Gaiscioch. That's not what this is about. I merely want to let you know that if you want to, I won't say no anymore. I'd rather spend my time building cool things for Gaiscioch and running events, than spend my time building things for some other website. I don't expect anyone to do this and that's ok. I am overjoyed that anyone would consider it. Apparently there's a few of you that want to help and I need to swallow my pride and accept it. I can't do it alone anymore. I will make a promise that anything that comes in for Gaiscioch, whether on Patreon, through PayPal, or through our Livestream earnings will be 100% devoted to taxes or the community.

What could be better than getting together with friends and family to celebrate the community we all love. This years festivities are right around the corner and we wanted to make sure everyone had the dates and times in advance to get connected and ready for travel.
East Coast Celebration - Atlanta, GA
For those who live on the east coast, we will be holding our 3rd annual East Coast Celebration at Fado's Irish Pub at 273 Buckhead Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30305 on Friday, October 13th at 6PM ET. Over the past few years this event has grown and we continue to welcome more members.
West Coast Celebration - Seattle, WA
Join us in Seattle, WA for our 7th Annual PAX West Celebration at Fado's Irish Pub at 801 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98104 on Sunday, September 3rd from 6PM to 9PM for some real world fun with Gaiscioch Members. This event is always a hit so be sure to make it if you're in the area. Past and present, Gaiscioch & Tuatha are welcome as well as any of our game developer friends out there.
