Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Un'Goro: Operation Extinction
It began much like every other mission, a quest for gold. Aylune had taken a job from a rather sketchy looking goblin in the heart of Gadgetzan. The mission seemed simple enough, travel to the giant crator to the West and bring him samples of the super sticky tar found in the tar pits on the northern edge. While she didn't like working for goblins, she did enjoy their coin, and with the promise of payment she ventured forth.
The crator joined Tanaris in the south, a tight winding trail down into the humid overgrown jungle that had formed in the massive hole...

Squishyarch Posted a Battle Recap: The Sunken Paladin, I mean Temple
Stealth was the word of the day. A cat, a bear, a hunter, a paladin, and a rogue so stealthy we didn't even know he was there until a third of the way through the dungeon. We crept through the Swamp of Sorrows, past the fallen, past the beasts and dragonkin. And then the paladin disappeared. Who knew that plate mail didn't float. In an extreme act of sacrifice, the hunter used his boar as a floatation device. The good news is that he fed his pet very well, but the bad news is we were down one weapon...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Making Friends With Furbolgs
As the air turned cool and summer began to fade away that this trio of vagabonds made their way to the land of eternal winter. Arkin, Aylune, and Bearch had traveled north in an attempt to negotiate peace with the Timbermaw tribe, a group of filthy furbolgs that were the keepers of some rather valuable knowledge.
Unfortunately furbolgs do not take kindly to strangers, and were openly hostile to the trio. Forced to behave, as dead furbolgs tell no secrets the party tried something new, they tried earning their trust instead of turning to murder...

Haggal Posted a Battle Recap: Crazy fun run!!
It took us 3 hours!! 3 long hours roaming that wretched place!
We're talking about the Wailing Caverns... For Alliance characters it takes comparably as long to get there the first time as it does to actually complete the instance.
We had a relatively low level group. Our druid healer, Voidearth, wasn't restoration specced. Still, we stormed the place and performed superbly! Our two locks, with their demons, were instrumental in dividing the lots-of-adds attention. Our rogue dove in for the kills without restraint...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Graves To Dig
What is th difference between grave robbing and archaeology? Some would say time, others intent. In this scenario our crew of rapscallions was veering in the direction of grave robbing, it could hardly be considered otherwise when we were literally digging up still loose soil.
Still rumors of riches sent us to Zul Farrack, and as fate would have it the trolls inhabiting the ruins were severely lacking in that category. Looting the trolls corpses as they were killed rewarded little more than sweat, tablets of questionable value, and jars of a substance the primitive beasts called mojo that they used to enhance their appalling odor...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Victory By A Landslide.
It was deep within the bowels of Maradaun, tucked away in a hidden alcove looking over the watery path, that the party found their quarry. Not princess as some would expect, but a hulking earth elemental by the name of Landslide instead.
This mission was far from noble in its pursuit, while many dungeon runs were done by the party in the name of assisting others this was done out of pure avarice. The parties noble paladin had heard tales of the elementals incredible collection of armor, he assembled the party with the purest of intentions...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Troublesome Trolls
Aylune had thought leaving Uldaman behind her meant the end of tipping out bootfulls of sand and shaking the tiny gritty mess out of her hair but she had been wrong. Work had finally run dry in the ruins but their new destination was the opposite of wet. Now the gold grubby crusaders were on a mission in the desert.
As if the sand, blistering heat, venomous scorpions, and bandits weren't enough the desert suffered from a worse condition; there were trolls everywhere. Behind every sand dunes, by every watering hole, scribbling their archaic language into the stone slabs of ancient walls, they were everywhere...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Unearthed Treasure
Slowly but surely frequently traveling to Uldaman to kill off Invaders became as simple as taking out the trash. The party had grown stronger from their struggles, their foes had only grown weaker, the only creatures invading now seemed to be those that could never had stood a chance against the former mobs inside the uncovered goldmine.
It was during this trip to group found themselves facing many troggs. The filthy hairy beasts were hardly a struggle and yet they were in possession of many valuable artifacts...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: A Mighty Hammer
It was after the tight knit crew defeated what they thought was the last of Uldamans Invaders that they began to seek out new challenges. With word of their exploits traveling far and wide it was not surprising their next task began from a place on the other side of the world.
Zul Farak had been freshly discovered. A large ruined temple in the heart of the desert just Northwest of Gadgetzan. With a new discovery always came new adversaries, and new rumors. One such rumor sparked great interest in the party, the rumor of a mighty hammer which would summon a terrific beast which the defeat of would promise eternal glory...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Stop! Hammertime!
Returning to cull the ancient ruins of fresh wave sof Invaders became a full time job for the crew. Anytime they left the ruins clear of anything except corpses more troggs and dwarves rushed to take their place. This return was spurred by rumors of Galgann Firehammer, a fierce dwarven warrior who brought with him swarms of geomancer dwarves to collect the countless riches still left behind.
Varder the fearless tank, Yobam the raging warrior, Aylune the anxious healer, and Tenaka the calm Hunter decided to take action to remove Firehammer from the city by any force necessary...

Pedro Posted a Battle Recap: 9/26 Uldaman Wednesday night run
The night was young, cold and windy. A group of adventurers gathered with one goal in mind. Half of the group thought the goal was maddening, the others could only see the results at the end. They prepared their provisions, created extra potions, summoned more rations, sharpened their blades. Their goal...to explore the ancient city of the titans, Uldaman!
The adventurers were not jaded by the number of enemies, nor their magical abilities. They cleared each area tactically and with an almost surgical precision...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Wakeup Call For Mr Archaedes
The decision to return to the lost city of Uldaman was made after much careful consideration. The sheer might of the sleeping Titan found deep within an inner chamber forced the party to train harder than ever to defeat him. The crew members from the first dungeon delve that chose to return were much stronger now, as were the party members they picked to replace their absent team mates.
The party now consisted of the original two druids, an unscrupulous rogue, a furious human warrior, and a small gnomish mage who the team had initially mistaken for their previous mage...
