Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Un'Goro: Operation Extinction
It began much like every other mission, a quest for gold. Aylune had taken a job from a rather sketchy looking goblin in the heart of Gadgetzan. The mission seemed simple enough, travel to the giant crator to the West and bring him samples of the super sticky tar found in the tar pits on the northern edge. While she didn't like working for goblins, she did enjoy their coin, and with the promise of payment she ventured forth. The crator joined Tanaris in the south, a tight winding trail down into the humid overgrown jungle that had formed in the massive hole...

Squishyarch Posted a Battle Recap: The Sunken Paladin, I mean Temple
Stealth was the word of the day. A cat, a bear, a hunter, a paladin, and a rogue so stealthy we didn't even know he was there until a third of the way through the dungeon. We crept through the Swamp of Sorrows, past the fallen, past the beasts and dragonkin. And then the paladin disappeared. Who knew that plate mail didn't float. In an extreme act of sacrifice, the hunter used his boar as a floatation device. The good news is that he fed his pet very well, but the bad news is we were down one weapon...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Making Friends With Furbolgs
As the air turned cool and summer began to fade away that this trio of vagabonds made their way to the land of eternal winter. Arkin, Aylune, and Bearch had traveled north in an attempt to negotiate peace with the Timbermaw tribe, a group of filthy furbolgs that were the keepers of some rather valuable knowledge. Unfortunately furbolgs do not take kindly to strangers, and were openly hostile to the trio. Forced to behave, as dead furbolgs tell no secrets the party tried something new, they tried earning their trust instead of turning to murder...

Haggal Posted a Battle Recap: Crazy fun run!!
It took us 3 hours!! 3 long hours roaming that wretched place! We're talking about the Wailing Caverns... For Alliance characters it takes comparably as long to get there the first time as it does to actually complete the instance. We had a relatively low level group. Our druid healer, Voidearth, wasn't restoration specced. Still, we stormed the place and performed superbly! Our two locks, with their demons, were instrumental in dividing the lots-of-adds attention. Our rogue dove in for the kills without restraint...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Graves To Dig
What is th difference between grave robbing and archaeology? Some would say time, others intent. In this scenario our crew of rapscallions was veering in the direction of grave robbing, it could hardly be considered otherwise when we were literally digging up still loose soil. Still rumors of riches sent us to Zul Farrack, and as fate would have it the trolls inhabiting the ruins were severely lacking in that category. Looting the trolls corpses as they were killed rewarded little more than sweat, tablets of questionable value, and jars of a substance the primitive beasts called mojo that they used to enhance their appalling odor...
