If this is the event I thought it was, it mostly consisted of trying to push the Hopesfire Empress back from the walls of the Northern and Southern Morrowind Gates. Again, the amazing OP nature of the DK, Vamp, Emperor was evident. Although she (and her cronies) did die, and many of us got our kill x enemy players quest completed.

Tricks Posted a Battle Recap: Tricks and Treats
Well I would think that the first AvA event that I lead was a success. However, it didn't start out that way. We all grouped up on Hopesfire and headed out the Northern gate and we immediately assaulted by the Casule group. They wiped us out. We then headed to the Southern gate and were assaulted again. We grouped up and were able to take down Casule and the rest of the group until most everyone got their 20 kills but that was all we were able to get accomplished. So, we went to the Celarus campaign and everyone started having a great time...

Balry Posted a Blog: M.A. Thesis Approved! Yay
After a long (VERY LONG) wait for approval my research study entitled "MMO Gaming Culture: An Online Gaming Family" has finally been approved by both the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and my thesis committee. They are both very excited to see my results. That means that now comes the part where I become more active within the community the in search for volunteers for the research study. Don't worry I will not be forcing or nagging anyone! I am, after all, looking for volunteers :) I will have more details regarding how to participate on forum and blog posts in the upcoming days!

Well, we formed up a fair sized group (almost 16 people) and headed off to find everything we could in Craglorn. Denny had gathered us, putting out a call that brought in a variety of warriors and mages, all experienced veterans. We started off with the discovery of several scenic places in the world, most of which seem to be serving as lairs for a variety of monsters. Clearing them out was a nice bonus, and granted a few nice items as we went around... as well as serving to help us refine our skills...

We were so busy moving here and there and back again, as a mass unit, that we all lost track of time!!! Wowsers that was fun!! We blew up RaidCall too, but that didn't stop us either. We just downloaded Teamspeak and carried on! I have never seen such an even number of MASSES of both Smurfs and Bananas!! Truly, truly a fun run with Poohka's regularly scheduled Saturday event. Congrats to Everyone that came out tonight. To start with we hit a max of 20 people. We assaulted multiple resource nodes, 13 to be exact... We defended several against a small group of AD VR players. A few of them were former emperors. In all we were in Hopesfire for 4 hours and our total recap is 13 resource nodes, 1 dolmen, 2 outposts and 1 keep. Amazing stuff for our small force. All the while we were fighting some very good AD players. We started out taking nodes working west and north. We ended up taking Dragonclaw in short order...

Rev Posted a Blog: Great Dungeon runs
You know what I love about GSCH? Well, many things, but today I was just in the mood for some dungeon runs. In the early afternoon, I put out word to the community and soon we were able to run two different dungeons. We did the first quickly, and the second took a bit longer. The whole party stayed together and worked through the difficulties.
