For those of you that stayed with me for the four hours that I was tagged up, please note: my event is split into two parts and they are under the same name. I have to do this at the three hour mark so I don't break the system - again. We had a strong showing on the borderlands this afternoon and I want to thank you all for joining me to fight. The Sabres tonight were not only heard, but felt EVERYWHERE in WvW. What a truly INCREDIBLE evening! I try to thank everyone who runs with me every event. We kicked off Wintersday not with white but GREEN, lots of green. While Jordyee evicted wannabe invader from our borderlands with a swift kick in the pants, Aoibheann marched her golem army through Kaineng territory. We plowed under towers, keeps, camps -- and quite a few red tags too. They left us lots of Wintersday gifts in brown bags all over the battelfield, so sweet of them! The highlight of the campaign was defending Kaineng's Garrison against them for a quite a while. Jordyee took advantage of their distraction to grab Garrison Sorrow's Furnace territory too...

We started out on the offensive and gave Kaineng a spanking on the Borderlands this afternoon - can you say GOLEM RUSH? I think we had 9 Omegas charging around and I hope that someone got screen shots to post. We almost had all of KN turned Green and we successfully held (and defended) 9 keeps, including all 3 on Kaineng! Thanks to Jordyee for tagging up and leading the support assault group on our home bl as well as on Sorrow's Furnace bl. Our point per tick sky rocketed in the 3 hours we were out fighting...

Thank you all for the great support out in WvW for todays event. We stayed tight and focused as we slowly but surely took each map - sorry we didn't manage to get Kaineng's Garrison. Thank you for your patience as we bounced around to the different borderlands, I don't like too be predictable out there. I also appreciate those who stay on our home map and scout for me or run the upgrades, your support is invaluable. Next week I will try to get 2 tags going so we can run two maps at a time. Thats right, reset night consisted of two maps worth of golems that were bounced back and forth between, resulting in 10 keps being taken before the night was out! Thank you so much to all the havoc groups who ran in conjunction with us! You guys and gals made things so much easier and coordinated! Rev Posted a Battle Recap: Ferguson's Crossing loses ground
It was great fun in our wvw assault team today. It began with some setbacks, thief groups ganking our camps and much of SoR colored green. But once we began to take it directly to FC in their own land, our map was once again turning a lovely shade of blue. :) Once our map was reclaimed, we took both Bay and Garri from FC, though Hills was a bit too well defended for us. It was another grand example of GSCH leading the SoR wvw to victory. R
