Aoibheann Posted a Battle Recap: Omega Assault in WvW
Another good day of fighting on the Borderlands. Our main focus was on Devona's Rest, but we also had some nice fights on Ferguson's Crossing as well. MY co-leader, Wind, took her group as needed to clear out our home map and to take supply camps for us in DR & FC. As always, she did an outstanding job. We built and used the Omega Golem Army to take and defend DR garrison, we did so well that they finally had to bring their whole map out to roust us. Aoibheann Posted a Battle Recap: Pre-reset fight in WvW
Thanks to Leslie of the Stars, who was my co-leader for this event, the GSCH family, as well as our PUGs that came out and fought with us, all in all we had a great day of fighting in the borderlands. The main focus was PPT, which we accomplished by hitting and holding their keeps and towers, the camps were almost an afterthought for this event, but good for points just the same. It always helps us when the groups stay nice and tight on the tags and do not wander off to solo all over the maps, so when we hit something, we really HIT something...

At the start of the evening there were three Tier 3 way pointed keeps owned by Ferguson's Crossing at the end there were none, they were all blue. Tonight the most important thing was that we communicated all evening. We stayed for the most part on tag. We did not give up at Hills. That made the rest of the evening a lot easier. Getting through that initial Keep was very important for the group. We can beat these servers and you showed that in spades tonight in Stonemist Castle with the retake right after Kaineng snached it from us and with the trifecta for T3 keeps in FC...

At long last, this weekend - Saturday 2/21, we are going to do the Dive Master Achievement & Title. There are 38 diving goggles spread throughout the world for this achievement (yes, I know that there are more goggles than 38, but they won't count for this event). While we all seem to have some of these done already, there is no way to track which ones, so we will be starting from the beginning and working our way through to the very end. This scavenger hunt will take us through most, if not all of the maps, and while We will wait for you to run to a location, it would be best for you to have at least one waypoint in each map, please see the PLEASE NOTE below...

Aoibheann Posted a Battle Recap: Achievements and Traits Galore, oh my....
Thank you all for joining in on the fun times in PvE, I feel like we got a LOT done in the three hours that we ran around. I really appreciate everyone's patience as we waited for our new member to reach us in each of the maps. VERY big HUGS to Jay, Wind and Necro for jumping Goemm's Lab JP for me when I lost my port.... and they even made it a race (Necro won, but fell off and had to be rescued at the very end). We also got to kill the Spider Queen in Kessix Hill's 3 or 4 times as we repeated Goff's Loot over and over and over again, I was laughing so hard I forgot to keep track, too bad the achievements for that went away with the living story...

Aoibheann Posted a Battle Recap: A Wild Wind swept over the Borderlands
Another of our commander-in-training, Wind came out and joined my event in WvW this afternoon. When asked, she tagged up and successfully led her group to help with our fights across the borderlands and she did a spectacular job of it! Her group started out with taking supply camps, then they got us superior bloodlust, then they went on to clean up Sanctum of Rall whenever needed and even took some towers, all the while providing the main group with support as needed. A big thank you to her group for giving her the support she needed as she learns how to lead...

Thank you all for helping train up Necro in commanding in wvw. He was my co-leader for my event today. I must tell you that I am always so proud of how well we all pull together to help people, be it in WvW, PvE or PvP, and whether they belong to our guild or not. We started slowly and built up to almost taking over the whole world. Lots of golems and good times as we raided the borderlands. The Garri & keep takes went smoothly, even when they were defended.
