This is a mix of some Gaisciosch, Tuatha, and Nu Tir guild raiders in a new raid group led by Daphyd and some Nu Tir officers.
A few of you may have done some of my Saturday morning raid hunts and GSB runs while I was playing my "Tor" character in early '11. You'll see some familiar faces in this group if you did. While we had a RIFT raiding hiatus of over a year, we're back, and we brought about over 20 of our friends from WoW and SWTOR with us!
No particular guild affiliation is expected or required to participate.
Night Watch is a fairly cohesive group of friends who had previously played in WoW, many since 2005, and who have joined me in RIFT this summer. We're looking toward finishing this expansion with as much raiding progress as we can, and have been running GSB and RoS as a group for since the end of July. This is an experienced raiding group, with a focus on fun, companionship, and good progression.
Requirements
Appropriate gear for entry level HK (320 hit/focus/tou), general raid readiness, and an enthusiasm for raiding are the only requirements. The group needs a few more "regular players", whom we hope to keep raiding with us into Storm Legion and beyond.
Having Teamspeak 3 installed and working is required.
Raid Times
We're planning on starting Thursday nights 6:30 PST through 10:00 PST. We also have a regular combined GSB/ROS run on Saturday 6:30-10 that you'd be welcome to attend.
Once we have a solid group, we'll be extending the HK runs to Saturday nights as well.
Raiders who are posted as slotted or on standby are expected to check in with me (Daphyd) by 6:15 PM on raid days.
Loot Rules:
Our group uses a version of the "Shroud" loot system, with a fresh points pool beginning with our 9/20/12 raid. We will fully explain this system on TS with raiders who are brought into the group. In addition, you can read our loot rules in detail and sign up on our points calculator and slotting calendar by registering at Nutir.guildportal.com. On your registration, indicate you are a Gaiscioch or Tuatha member for immediate approval.
Signing up
You may sign up for this run either by registering at the site above or by signing up on the Gaisciosch event calendar and posting your interest in this thread.
