haha, what i love most about this vid is it shows organization. those mesmer portal supply chains were awesome. I can't wait until we start seeing this level of organization and teamwork.
I think our more recent outings in WvW have been largely focused and much more organized as we improve and become experienced. Gotta remember this video is clipped and edited....he has left just what he feels is the best. I think there are tactics that we can take away from the video and it certainly is entertaining! I guess what I am saying is I (personally) am quite content with our progress in WvW considering we are moving such a large group of players and attempting to get everyone to work together. We have been steadily gaining and it shows in our gains in the WvW ui window. We passed by Yak's Bend after being in 3rd place, and last night surpassed Darkhaven. I expect Darkhaven brought out their overnight crew and may have regained the lead, but we know they won't hold it for long. ;) We are also seeing more GSCH members stepping up to help lead throughout the week, and that can only help our gains.

The use of these for supply are impressive.
FINALLY! A good tune to go with a good vid. And also, was that computer from NASA or something. I could hear my machine whimpering in embarassment at the smooth playtime they had.
Some great uses for Mesmer portals in there. Surprise flanking. Getting a defence into an objective without needing to go through the enemy force on the gate. Supply portal chains. And of course the old use of the portal to bypass the walls/gate back into an objective the enemy have recently stolen from you.
Did we ever find out if wvw mesmer portalling is frowned upon by arenanet?
According to Arenanet it is working as intended.
Well. According to the chat in those game. It seems like they are losing, in every instance of the video. People are upset in map chat about things needing to be defending. With that many people running around portal-ing. Is that actually a viable strat?
