Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: The Library Assault
Troubling news fell upon our party and we were swift to answer. Trouble by Undercity would normally be ignored, considered the Horses problem, but not this time. This time the alliance took action against a group of crusaders. The first skirmish occured in the large buildings library. Many soldiers littered the building and all were cut down where they stood. The men and women believed their cause was righteous, and they were met with righteous fury for their beliefs. A notable defeat amongst the crusaders was their houndmaster Loksey, a clever for who used his well trained hounds to assault the party...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Trolls and Disaster
Bravery is required when risking it all in the cape of stranglethorn. It all began with studying the many ancient tablets guarded by the vicious cannibalistic trolls of the jungle. Many troll lives were sacrificed in the most noble pursuit of knowledge. Further studies led the team to a nearby small island, inhabited by a multitude of aggressive water elementals. Yet the team prevailed, repaying the elementals violence with violence of their own until they were nothing but a lifeless puddle soaking into the sand...

Aylune Posted a Battle Recap: Bravery in the jungle
Deep in the jungle, surrounded by vicious beast five brave men set forth to prove their worth. Together they traversed treacherous terrain to slay the most mighty beasts of the jungle. Together they slaughtered the master raptor, the beastly panther, and the regal sin'dal tiger. They hen moved on to more humanoid does, decimating a troll ritual site and scalping dozens for their ears. While the jungle is a dangerous place, these 5 proved more dangerous.

Kalla Posted a Battle Recap: Gookie Greed leads to TPK
First Dungeon in WoW Classic, the Deadmines. We ventured forth, four, adrenaline junkies of Gaiscioch along with a bald tough mercenary we found along the way. Traversing the dungeons like the goonies of old we found a ship hidden within a mountain. We slew the Captain (eventually) and succumbed to our greed and tried to steal the pirate Cookie. However One-Eyed Willie, er I mean Captain Greenskin must be allowed his share and so we found ourselves defeated by the Mighty Murloc. Broken and battered we fled the mines for the time being...

LordSummit Posted a Battle Recap: Bandit Camp Hunt
First Bandit Camp event for me! It was a great event led by Meaghs and Foghladha! Faghladha started the event, but had to leave early so Meagh's led the rest of the event. I learned a lot about how to do Rebel Camps properly. Set up at npc entrance with shield walls and back up with archers.. Always have more shield walls than archers: 5 - 3 SW 2 ARCH 4 - 2 SW 2 ARCH or 3 SW and 1 ARCH. 3 - 2 SW 1 ARCH. Don't step in Cap point or event starts aka NPC rush!!! Set up shield walls then step in Cap point...

Breg Posted a Battle Recap: Revisiting Gondamon and Tuckborough
We're getting better. Did Trouble in Tuckburough in two separate groups and then came together to do Gondamon a couple of times. Attempted tier III Gondamon on the second go but Mathi didn't survive. I think this is really doable for us. We just need to keep Mathi alive - we took out 2 out of the 3 dragons and the party was mostly alive. We probably need to run an audit of gear and have those of us that can craft get behind and support people that need better gear. It was great fun though. Looking forward to next week.

Maxina Posted a Battle Recap: First Ever Trials Run
I have been waiting, and working for months to get most of my characters ready to do Trials. What fun we all had in Sunspire! And after downing all the dragons, I received a huge trophy to hang on my house wall. I am ready for many more, hoping to even further my skills as a player, and my gear. Thanks Gaiscioch, for providing the means. Max

Breg Posted a Battle Recap: To the defence of Dwarves and Hobbits
Today was the day of the short people with Fog leading us through learning skirmishes. AFter those that needed to completed their skirmish tutorials, we did the Defence of Gondamon skirmish a couple of times (in separate groups and then together as a raid). We then did Trouble in Tuckborough which had some challenging mobs; a guy immune to damage was a mystery to all of us until we worked out that we had to pull him into a yellow circle to make him vulnerable. A good run and some good learnings in there also.

Breg Posted a Battle Recap: Varder leads the Gaiscioch through the Misty Mountains (2019.06.29)
[I know this is really bad but just a bit of fun dramatising our time together in the misty mountains. Also the end is totally not how things went down but I got tired and had to take a nap.] THE PRANCING PONY Arrayed before doors of the Prancing Pony, a merry band of free folk waited patiently upon their brooding mounts eager to hear the words of Gandalf - the grey wanderer. Exiting the tavern came a dwarf, clothed in fine elfish armour, blue and white gold glinting in the mid day sun. "Into the tavern...
