Kaytlin Posted a Battle Recap: And we ran, and we ran, and we ran
Todays group spent a tremendous amount of time running around looking for things to capture. Along the way our group grew to be quite substantial at time, approaching 50 people following the Gascioch banner into battle against the likes of Dragonbrand and Fort Aspenwood. They must have been quite frightened of our hoard as we seldom met much resistance. Those that did attempt to defend were quickly put to sleep to become the legends of their server. Many new vistas were obtained as well as a rather nasty grub who defied us for about 20 minutes before he was finally laid to rest beneath the damp ground of the Eternal Battleground.

I was traveling about, in a realm all too familiar to me when I came about a chef and his pig friend named Porkins. They were looking for some Truffles so the chef could bake his famous souffle. The chef instructed that we should follow the pig as he uses the power of his large snout *giggle* to find truffles. We searched and searched, it took hours but eventually we found the most amazing of truffles! It was a sentient fungus tending his garden. He was larger than any fungus I have ever seen! We managed to convince him to leave his garden under our protection and join us on our adventure to create the most wonderful of souffles...

During the battle of TA a team member was called home for family leave. The team moved on & team member did return to fight. Next planned battle was to fight TA again, but family called. Spirit was high, lets do it again! The fight was on. Plant number 4, I notice my health was going down, pumped up the skills, but knew death was knocking at my door. Looking to the left I saw the team fighting a targeted plant. OMG, I was fighting fresh spawn plant. Stumbled through the green gas floating over the land to my death. My team tried to save me on the battle ground; but all I know is waking at the hospital to repair. Yanick spoke with me about always knowing the target. Thank you for your kindness...

We had a bit of a struggle getting through the wurms here but with alot of determination we finally got passed that. After that the run became smooth everyone was listening and every single one of us was playing a great role with alot of reflects boons and dps we completed it before the dailies reset. Kaytlin Posted a Battle Recap: We were Here, and There, and Everywhere
We were on every borderland a bit today since there were so few objectives available for us to take. Some of the best fights were on EB today and both Dragon Brand and Fort Aspenwood gave us some good open field fights. It was strange to see groups twice our size turn and run after a short fight. They apparently had no stomach for the amount of damage our team was giving to them. Great coordination and effort by everyone today made this one of the more enjoyable runs we have had. Good communication, and field awareness of what was going on had a lot to do with our open field fights today.

The group did an awesome job this morning when faced with even or when we were slightly outnumbered in open field fights. Everyone is beginning to get the hang of staying away from the center of the hammer trains, and fighting from the sides and back. Also by avoiding the red circles on the ground the group is taking less damage from the casters and ranged opponents. Both BlackGate and JadeQuarry suffered at the hands of the group this morning. While we did not win fights where we were greatly outnumbered we did manage to deal a tremendous amount of damage to their team and to their egos...

The journey to SOR was slow, but not difficult. Kaytlin's camp had good friends, food, & a wonderful banner welcoming all. Refreshing. She lead the troops with usual command. But something was brewing. Kaytlin was stopping to study the maps more and each time longer. Finlley the command came: Report to Black Gate Borderland! I can not stand Black gate ruling all that land. Some may die, but we will make our mark. The fights were on.

It's 9/15/2013 at 3:24pm, While exploring the Kessex Hills I have discovered a cave that leads to a series of tunnels under neath the mountainous area near Cereboth Canyon. I am going to investigate further and see what evil lurks beneath. Of course, I have to get past these Ettins first, pesky monsters!
