TernieLaBiscuit Posted a Blog: Red had the Circle, but then we lost it....
After the 1.2.5 patch, I decided to see if the FPS issue was resolved in Cyrodiil. Upon arrival, I saw there were battles for the circle in progress. There were battles at Sejanus, Aleesia, even made it all the way down to Bloodmayne, outside the circle, going for the AD scroll. Really, that should have been renamed Blood Bath. By 5pm Central time, the circle had been claimed by the Pact. By 8pm, half the circle had gone back to DC. It was quite the all-day battle, though.

Findan Posted a Blog: Wrath of the Dolyak [Excerpt from Sunday July 6th Adventures]
It was a lazy Sunday afternoon. Our intrepid band of heroes, with nothing better to do on this day, were out and about wreaking havoc across the Kaineng Borderlands. Again. De'ja Vu anyone? Having assisted in the capture of Kaineng Bay, Hills and Garrison, our band of merry men and women had decided to head North, in search of more adventure. The first stop would be North West Supply Camp, staying only long enough to resupply before heading out to Kaineng's North West Tower. By the time the North West Tower had been captured, it was growing dark, so our group of heroes decided to set up camp for the night inside the tower...

Doreth Posted a Battle Recap: a fun night in wabba
well I have to say the event was awesome last night..... everyone was in great spirit as we headed on the battlefield.... like to thank everyone as even though my orders wereg sometimes confusing because it seems the map was changing so fast, everyone followed orders to the dime and as we faces larger numbers we often ended surviving, those who were at the bridge with me well I still cant understand how we survived that :) and our flank attack at chalman farm was executed to perfection.. great group great times cant wait till next week...

Smitty Posted a Battle Recap: Glen "GARRI" Glen Ross...
"A-B-C. A-always, B-be, C-closing. Always be closing! Always be closing!!" ~Blake from Glengarry Glen Ross
If there is one thing that GSCH has, its the ability to fight for what they want and overcome tremendous odds. They are always closing. Last night the Sabres were bouncing back and forth between maintaining SoR BL totally blue, and wiping all the nasty red and green from Kaineng BL (Or as Finn calls it Sanctum of Rall - Extension 1.) Keeping sentries on SoR was a bit of a task for the evening since the crew running was a bit scant...

JaeOnasi Posted a Battle Recap: Cyrodil!
A number of us took a foray into Cyrodil, including me for the first time. After I was helped by the gracious family members to find the correct magic buttons to even ENTER Cyrodil, we raced around from the Morrowind Gates to the Blue Castle Keep. As a lowly level 13, I was promptly slaughtered, despite the valiant efforts of the family to perform massive healing. I died gloriously and honorably for the family quite often, but with the expert help of our teammates, I had the opportunity to try out a siege engine, learn how to equip siege and repair items to my quickslot circle for easy use, and add new achievements and locations to my Templar, JolieBindo...

Tricks Posted a Battle Recap: Wabba Jabba
Well I hope everyone had as much fun as I did in this event. We came in and immediately headed to Bleaker's Outpost for a defense. Then ended up taking a resource and then a couple more defenses. We headed north to Dragonclaw and got a couple shards and the Dolmen. We then headed to the keep for a pretty good brawl. We only had 12 in our group at the time and we came very, very close to taking both flags. We had some great healers in the group. when we all rezzed and headed back in we got caught in a death trap and wiped again...

Findan Posted a Battle Recap: King of the Hill [Fin's Chaos Squad June 26th 2014]
Still reeling from the stinging defeat at Kaineng Hills Keep at the hands of our heroes, Devona's Rest decided to take their frustration out on Lake Tower. They were mad. They were angry. Angrier than a nest full of angry hornets being poked at by a stick. They were frothing at the mouth, out for vengeance. Upon seeing the crossed swords show up on Lake Tower, our wily band of heroes decided to intervene once again. The call was made, and the troops mobilized toward the tower.
Upon arriving at the sentry post between Lake Tower and Kaineng Hills, the first of the Devona's Rest troops were spotted...

Findan Posted a Battle Recap: The Capture of Kaineng Hills Keep [Fin's Chaos Squad June 26th 2014]
The war had been raging on for hours. Our valiant Squadron of Chaos, numbering around fifteen or so, had won many battles that day. Kaineng Borderlands - affectionately referred to by our Chaos Squad as "Sanctum of Rall, Extension 1" - had been painted a beautiful shade of red. The enemy was on the back foot, their heads spinning, frantically treading water just trying to keep themselves afloat.
With all the enemy supply cut off, their watchtowers razed to the ground and both their Bay Keep and Garrison under allied control, the final objective was the recapture of Kaineng Hill Keep - a valuable resource and strategic location from which to ensure decisive victory over our enemy...

Tek Posted a Blog: AvA Ain't That Bad!
Yesterday was my first real foray into Cyrodiil. Despite my in-game experience, I had shied away from the player-on-player contact due to a general aversion to it. This is the first MMO I've spent any real time playing, so I'm not yet accustomed to "killing" representations of other people.
So, when I decided to join in the "ESO New Beginnings" group yesterday, I was uncertain that I'd have much fun. I wanted to participate with my guild though, so I sucked it up and found my way there.
What a fool I was! I had a lot of fun yesterday, roaming the expanse of Hopesfire and later Wabbajack...

TernieLaBiscuit Posted a Battle Recap: So. Many. Guards!
We conquered the town of Cropsford. Our quests took us to Cracked Wood Cave, where we finished the cave, brutally killed the Goblin boss, and gained a skyshard. While completing quests, we encountered a few area bosses (randomly), WAY too many Guards were respawning in town, and towards the end, we even casually bumped into Casuale and a minion. While they were battling werewolves, we decided to try and assist the werewolves in killing them, only to end in our own demise. It was still fun. :)
