BlueStorm Posted a Battle Recap: Fractals fun
Thanks so much for this fun and easy lvl 5 run. It was great to see new people getting started in the fractals of the myst. Even I as a vetran learned some new stuff and loved passing on the knowledge I have learned along the way. It really was a great run.

Aoibheann Posted a Battle Recap: Golems Galore
I just popped in to refresh the golems we built this morning and found that we needed another clean up from an Anvil Rock invasion. Grabbed a golem and headed out and was quickly joined by family. It is always good to see GSCH take the field of battle, thank you all for the good times this morning!

Terafer Posted a Battle Recap: Sanctum Of Rall WvW pick up Late Night
Thank you all for the support of SoR! We had some great fights tonight with outstanding results. The defenses of The SoR Overlook Keep on EB from three separate groups, The deference of Bay where the difference was a Ballistia ( That was a Great fight) The Camps in Southern SoR The StoneMist Castle take. I truley wish we could defend both SoR and EB, but we had a waypointed garri so I tend to side with the keep in the best situation at the time it was SoR's Garri. We had some defeats too. I should have built the Omegas and ported to EB or SF instead of pushing the fight to AR's Garri at the time...

Aoibheann Posted a Blog: Wake up WvW
For all of you that follow my tag in the wee hours of the morning, please understand that in order for me to claim my "Wake up WvW" event on the family site, I must have at least 3 Gaiscioch following me. Since I run very early in the morning US time, sometimes there is only me out there with some PUGs, sometimes one or two other Gaiscioch are with me, but until there are 4 of us, I cannot claim what we do during the event. As soon as I do get 4 of us, I start claiming what we take or defend for the event and remind people to claim it on this site...

Pablo Posted a Battle Recap: Highlight of run
As always running with best group around is a major highlight. Tuff to top taking a scroll right from under AD and out running them all the way to our Keep. I could just imagine the looks on there faces when they read across the screen that GSCH had taken there scroll right from the center of there strong hold. 'Priceless'

Aoibheann Posted a Battle Recap: my apologies
The internet in my area is down & Cox Communications can't tell me when it will be back up. I tried running the game & TS with the hotspot on my phone, but that didn't work either. I will keep trying to get into game or if all else fails I can have a make up event tomorrow morning.

TernieLaBiscuit Posted a Blog: It's the little things......
Just read the Family Summit email, and I have to say it's a bit disheartening. I joined this guild on the sole purpose of having a family to run with in ESO, and it appears as if come January 1, that's not going to be an option any longer. Therefore, I have suggestions, for those who even remotely care, about how you might get 20+ people in Family Events.
1 -- go where people want to go. Yes, I know the game is supposed to be primarily PvP, however it seems Zenimax has made the shift to delves and Craglorn...

Always fun Smitty thank you for all you do. Frustrating sometimes with enemy overwhelming us and people not listening but making the enemy bring 3 times our numbers is nice. Hang in their Buddy and knock a few back.

Terafer Posted a Battle Recap: Slow Start to a great night.
It was empty. Our home BL, at the start of my evening it was empty. I messaged in map anyone on BL I got four initial replies. I went to the first tower, the close in North West one, Ferguson Crossings 10+ was all ready in the tower, on the Lord, the two or three of us that came to defend were quickly dispatched. Failure! But there were more white swords on the close in north east tower, again we rushed to the tower and again they were all ready in and four times our numbers. We went to Garri! FC was working on a ram to the west outer...

TernieLaBiscuit Posted a Blog: Playing something other than ESO
So, I'm a fan of the Borderlands franchise. Played the first two games more times than I can count. Anyway, the new "pre-sequel" came out, and I played it for about 10 hours total. This game was produced by 2K's Australian publishing house, and honestly, I just didn't see the quality in this game that I saw in the other two. I found myself bored (even playing as Claptrap) and lost interest quickly. The story didn't progress at anywhere near the pace of the first two games, so you were forced to do many side quests that weren't even remotely interesting, and should have been...

TernieLaBiscuit Posted a Blog: I know, this is a gaming community, but....
Sometimes life intervenes. It's a cold, harsh world out there. I've been in a rut. My car died about a month ago, and we thought it was going to be an easy fix. Come to find out, it's not fixable (broken timing belt and cracked head gasket), so we have to buy a new car. I hated car shopping 7 years ago. Then again, I bought a car that had less than 5,000 miles on it, and was less than a year old so of course I expected it to last me longer than 7 years and 130,000 miles. I mean, seriously, I HATE CAR SHOPPING...

Ezsme Posted a Battle Recap: DC Skyshard/Dungeon Event
While the event wasn't as dangerous as one might think, Deacon did test our loyalty a few times to see if we would follow him over the cliff as we do our fearless leader Fog. Much to his surprise, we did. On the upside, Deacon seems to be a better judge of survivability.
We managed to scoop up all of the DC shards and do a few profitable dungeon crawls as well. This adventurer came away with a half dozen achievements and five skill points.
Deacon promises to take us on a similar adventure next week and I can't wait.
