Events in Rift

With all the diffrent objectives and peoples play styles when it comes to the game Rift; trying to host a sucessful event is not always easy. Trying to fill all the essential roles and making sure we have enough people with the correct gear and builds can be a daunting task.

Until now I have been trying to host events I believed the guild would be interested in and wish to participate. Either our guildembers are not aware of our website or they are not utalizing this awesome resource they have available to them. Possibly a combination of both.

After looking at turnouts for events and the guilds attitude toward the event hosted I have decided to adjust for fire and open the floor to the guild. I have a time slot on Wednesdays open from 3pm to 7pm PST.

What kind of event would you like me to host? 

I set up an open guild event on Wednesday's. With the server reset and weekly guild quests refreshing; I hope at the very least we can attempt that goal. If more people log on and are interested in doing something as a guild we can always see what the group concensus is and work toward that objective if its possible. There is alway a fallback for nightmare rifts or even better a raid rift. I look foward to helping the guild and participating in or leading events where everyone benefits. If someone else wants to take over the time slot on Wednesday let me know and I can host on another day. Otherwise your feedback on letting me know what kind of event you want to participate in is appreciated.

Hi El... it was disappointing to not gather enough interest in guild for a TD run last night, but think we covered well with running the NMR and completing the Guild Quest and even killing a few more rift creatures on the next GQ.

Of course, I could still use gear from TD and will join on Sundays. As far as Wednesday night I'm open for anything. I am not sure where 'blue' Lesser Essences come from but I know I could use a few if high with Crit Power for a mage.

If I'm on, usually up for anything. Since this is all new to me I have no idea where I should be or what I should be doing. But the couple events I participated in were a lot of fun, the crafting rifts/ raid rifts and the dungeon after the crafting rifts.

Are people still playing rift? Use to log in but no one was ever on so I stopped playing.

Rift has become a legacy chapter at this point. People sign on occasionally to play solo but there hasn't been any group activity in almost 2 years. Things died back when rift prime launched and divided what was left of our family. Never came back after that.
