Hello everyone. Im sorry if this is a repeated question. I recently came back to Rift and moved my 50 over to Faeblight to join Gaiscioch (im also in the guild on GW2) and my character's name isnt on the claim character list. My question is how often does the list update so I can claim my character and start doing events and activities with you? Any feedback is appreciated. Safe Travels =)
I'd like to bump this thread because I can't locate my characters in the list either. Thanks for any help.
Click on the Claim Your Characters button on your Command Center. That will take you to the character listing. Try using Cntr+F then type in your character name. There's quite a lot that aren't claimed so that list is pretty long. Additionally it takes up to 48 hours for us to parse the guild roster. It's a manual process that the elders have to run through and we try to do it daily but sometimes we miss a day. It can be up to 48 hours before your characters appear.
