I've heard about along time ago. Forgot about it until now. :) At the time it was supposed to be the "game" to watch out for, but I am not sure now, need to read more about it. Kittara
from what ive seen its got a really deep combat system you have to actually aim and put your shield up charge your weapon and such, the graphics are fantastic and the world its self is gargantuan they went rather in far into the character customization and they put something like a political system in to where some one can win threw an arena or voted in a position ruling a territory and can mess with taxes inact special events and if they are corrupt and no one likes them to keep power they have to go solo a world boss and theres a bunch of other things i havent checked out yet O_o
It wasn't that impressive at pax the past two years. It played a lot like a krpg. Had some aioness to it but combat was more realtime. It looks pretty but so do most korean style mmos. Not sure where the grind will be but that almost always pokes its head out for krpgs. Id try to get in the beta if your interested. I believe I saw preorders get beta invites somewhere. A lot can change in a year. Who knows.
i did sign up for the beta and hope to try it out they got multiple bates over the next few months (the set release for may 1st this year) so hopefully i can get in and try it so i know if i like it or not but it looks rather interesting then again im more looking foreword to our guild wars event coming up / GW2 and diablo 3 when ever they get around to putting that out
D3 has me worried, their exec producer jumped ship a couple weeks ago and several of their team members have jumped as well. Not sure what shenanigans are going on but it's not a good sign when the devs start jumping ship. GW2 is going to be freakin awesome. That im certain. Both times I tried it I was amazed by the polish. now with another year since and some of the new footage im seeing this games gonna rock. Can't wait to try out WvWvW. :)
i cant either i loved the first game tho i had problems geting groups for things but it was alot of fun and gw2 just looks amazing im looking foreword to having a necro with duel pistols lol
Be careful with Tera if your ping is over 50-ish. The aiming system makes it very hard for those of us with higher pings. Great looking game, conmplex combat but looks like another grindcore to me. I hear it has much boobage, which may appeal to some!
We (those who dwell in the US) might not get to play it if NCSoft has it's way with Bluehole Studio on its lawsuit.
I've heard it's future is a little hazy at the moment do to legal troubles.
