In the new area, there is a long quest line, I think it's called Cracking the Mirror, something like that. Near the end, you have to go into the factory and disable some controls. If you make the mistake of clicking the wrong thing, you end up outside the factory and can not get back in to finish the quest. When you are in the factory slow down and be careful where you click your mouse. There is a post in the forums, a dev said that they are looking into it.
My plan is to get a group together with some people who have not been inside as yet. Perhaps the whole group including myself will be able to enter and I can finish up the quest. If you are in the same place as I am, try the group idea. I will update here if it works for me.
