Want to request plants (crafting mats) not on the Marketplace

I'm looking for Bloodshade Petals, but they aren't on the marketplace. Can they be added as an option? That's how I want to spend my resource points.

Bloodshade Petals are a skill level 200 item. In case this helps get them in the system.
