When claiming participation, the text blurb above indicates we should take the time to give a bump to the raid leader if they did a great job. Mine did a great job, but I'm not seeing where I give him the props.
Any pointers? :)

You can go to participate -> event history, there all the leaders for an event is listed
...as Booie says, then, once you find your event and leader, you will want to look for "give a token of valor". These tokens are the "props" your leaders will be thankful for!
