October 15, 2019 update

Has anyone had any problems with this download?

I've tried 3 times to finish it - it gets to about 172 files left to download and then my system freezes up forcing a hard reboot (turn PC off and then on again).  I'm not even able to do a Ctrl-Alt-Delete.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them.  Thanks.

PS I've sent a message to technical support but I've no idea how long it might take to hear back.  Thanks

Just wanted to let any curious viewers know - the GM support team for GW2 is awesome.  They responded quickly and had several suggestions and jointly we solved my problem with a winsock reset.  If you need help with that you might check LiveForTech.net
