Is there an video chat program that supports multiple overlays?

Hi, my daughter is starting to play guild wars 2 with me (her first real mmo if she keeps playing) and I'm deaf - she's hard of hearing.  My wife would be playing sometimes too.  Me and my daughter use skype to be able to talk to each other instead of typing all the time in game using the mini overlay.

The problem is that if I invite my wife to the chat, it still only shows one video and switches back and forth between whomever is moving.  We would like to have a separate overlay window for EACH person so we can see each other signing easily.  Does anybody know of one?

The closest things I have found all have free trials, but cost money after a while.  If that is NOT an issue, you can check out things like Personify or some video conferencing suites (verify with any that you consider that they support overlays... many do, but not all.)
Other than that, I don't know of anything that will work as well as you might wish.  Honestly, the cheapest solution long term may be to get cheap second monitors if your video cards will support... and have Skype running full screen on one rather than using the overlay.

Good luck!
