Greetings Everyone,
By popular demand we are going to start a WvW Commander Training on the Friday 4-5:30PM Timeslot. I would like to ask everyone who is available to please come out and show your support to our new commanders.
This gives opportunities for new commanders to get their feet wet in a timeframe that is low population, low stress, and gives us the opportunity to make sure they know how to use their commander book and think about the things that they need to think about when leading. It also gives our eldership a chance to shadow our new commanders and make sure their right for the job.
Before we list you on the official Gaiscioch WvW commander list we will require you to attend or schedule an event where an elder can shadow you and make sure that you lead in a way that is Gaiscioch appropriate. We want to ensure that if we are pushing members to your events that you act accordingly even when fire is applied.
