Finally got the new build of windows installed and sometimes when I tab out of the game and then back, I loose keyboard function. When this happens and I hit 'tab' it acts like alt+shift+tab.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Try borderless window mode for all of your games. I've been hearing about problems with alt-tabbing in a lot of games while running fullscreen mode, but not sure if that's a Windows issue or with the various game clients. Back in the day, alt-tab wasn't allowed for a lot of games that ran in fullscreen mode, but developers made adjustments based on demand, then borderless window mode became a very popular request. Not sure if it's in any way related (I suspect it is), so try that out.
I game in Windows 10, but run borderless whenever I can and don't have too many problems.
I didn't have set point installed for my keyboard, so far that seems to have fixed the issue. I have a backup keyboard I am using since the "A" key stopped working on my g15.
I also use Task View to set up a 2nd Desktop. That way I can use Ctrl+Windows key+Left/Right Arrow keys to switch between a desktop and the game, rather than mess with Alt+TAB. A lot of games don't like to play nice with Alt+TAB, some actually disable it or other methods of switching from the game to the desktop.
It was my ALT key getting stuck. Hit the key to the left of 1 was toggling it. I dont have toggling or key locking activated, so I think Windows 10 doesn't like my back up ps/2 keyboard
Glad to know it was solved. I was about to post that a lot of gamers I know are using fullscreen in Windows 10 without any problem at all, so it was something in your end or a conflicting software.
