Up until now I had been looking at the individual zones on Guildhead which included a smaller version of this map, so far it has been one of the best resources for me.

http://gw2cartographers.com is potentially better. It lets you add locations of merchants, crafting drops, ranger pets, etc. As points get added and confirmed the map updates for all users.

Great maps, also checked out that crafting recipe list thinking that I could print it off tomorrow...then I saw it was 721 pages long...yikes!
Edit: I now see that it is actually only 211 pages
