Because GW2 is such a dynamic game with a lot of active dodging and whatnot, it seems that some might be able to make a game pad work pretty well. I found this on Youtube and thought I'd share. Looks pretty good. I was planning on giving it a whirl this weekend.

This is awesome. I will definitely try it but not until mid next week. I get a lot of wrist pain in long playing sessions. Hopefully this will help. Thanks for sharing.
I actually have been using pinnacle game profiler because it allows you to make custom combos for the extra buttons associated with an mmo, I love it although any class with alot of ground targeted skills might not. I tested on a ranger and a thief and I love it,but I had all my ground targeted skills like traps and such auto cast at my feet. lol http://pinnaclegameprofiler.com/
We tried using a gamepad with xpadder during the beta. It didnt work as well as we hoped.
So I tried this with xpadder last night. With a few tweaks it actually works fairly well. It is not as seamless as a keyboard but if you experience wrist and arm pain from long playing sessions this will help somewhat. I will tell you running around farming nodes and low level mobs was easy peasy with this. instances or storyline was a little more difficult but possible. When you have a large number of mobs and you need to react quickly it is not as nice as a keyboard.
