"Noob" Questions

So, I don't get to play often, and though I have been a member of this Guild for a while, I still don't understand  how many things work. So, I was hoping that people would be willing to answer my "Noob" questions :-)

1) Guild Bank- How does this work? I see that I can add stuff, how do I remove stuff? Can I remove something that I did not place in the bank? And what is the etiquette in doing so?

2) Guild Armor/Weapons/etc.- do I have access to this stuff? do you have to be a certain level within the guild? are these armor skins and is there a place that I can go to see what the would look like?

1. The top section is for commanders. Drop siege weapons there for us to use in the field. The next 2 sections are open and your welcome to take what you will use. We don't allow people to profit from other people's stuff so no taking things to sell for coin.

2. The guild commendation vendor sells some of that stuff and the guild armored in the capital cities also sells some stuff. Additionally there's a couple pieces you can get as loot. No rank requirement.

Just a reminder, you can create a personal guild for yourself and get bank upgrades for your personal guild for some relatively cheap storage. :)
