According to Gaile Grey the Halloween event will be ending on Wednesday, November 4th. No word on what time it will be over, but make sure you turn in all your candy for stuff, as the vendors will be gone as well.

Might want to grab your candy corn node before the vendor goes away. We don't know what we will be able to purchase with the festival vendor just yet. Might be the same as last time but I'd be safe about it just in case. Get what you want now.

Although the Halloween Festival ended, the spvp Halloween reward track for a 20-slot bag was still available today. No idea when it will be removed.
