I placed an order for an amulet and received 2 through in-game mail from 2 different crafters. This is the second time that I have received duplicate items.
The orders were low level jeweler requests mostly for people to gain artisian points My concern is that both crafters receive thier artisian points and that the correct FVC were deducted.
Also, with items that require rare/hard to find materials, duplicate orders may use compontents that could have used completing other order.
We experienced this in rift iniatlly. Its usually because a crafter didn't claim the order then make it. They make it send it then go to claim it and its gone. The correct process is to claim an order, make the order, then send the order, lastly click "sent" on you workbench. You should have mail reciepts for this order.
I checked my mail, and the first order was claimed at 1:23 and delivered at 1:29. The duplicate order was claimed at 3:10 and sent at 3:10. I just noticed that even though they are the same item, they have different order numbers. Seems like the error might have been on my end. Thanks Fog.
