Here's the recipe :) My family loves this one!
25-30 minutes @ 375
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
Diced onion
1 packet Taco Seasoning
1 tube of cresent roll dough
3 tomatoes - diced
1 c sour cream
2/3 c Miracle Whip
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
Brown 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef. Add some diced onion.
Drain well. Add 1 packet of Taco Seasoning. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread cresent roll dough in bottom of a ungreased 9x13 cake pan.
Spread taco meat over dough.
Top with diced tomatoes.
Mix the 1 c sour cream and 2/3 c Miracle Whip together. Spread over top of taco meat.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce and enjoy!
