These are not out of the box brownies ;) From my mother-in-law who makes amazing stuff!
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan.
BROWNIES:
1 c sugar
1 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs beaten
1/2 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 (16oz) can of Hershey Syrup
Cream butter, combine with sugar. Add eggs, flour and salt. Add syrup then vanilla. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake 30 minutes @ 350
When done, let cool.
FROSTING:
2 c powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
1/2 c butter
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Approx 2 Tbsp milk
Green food coloring
Mix together, add milk until you have creamy but stiff frosting. Don't add too much milk!
Spread over brownies.
Glaze:
1 c milk chocolate chips
6 Tbsp butter
Melt until smooth. Spread over the top.
Put in refrigerator to set. Keep refrigerated.
