I promise I still love FFXIV and I haven't forgotten you =)
The truth is that I have recently been laid off...the friday before thanksgiving was my last day (nice treat huh?), and so my account may have to be dormant until I can secure a new job/steady income.
I just wanted to let people know, because I feel like I'm missing out and I may continue to be absent until I can reactivate my account.

Being laid off stinks, especially this time of year - it happened to me a few years ago in the middle of December so I know how you feel. Good luck getting a new position.
