Did you happen to get Jano's go-ahead to post that here?

If not, you may want to remove the image for now (the source link should be fine, given as Jano purposely shared it in a public space).

I refrained from posting the full image earlier, since the creator specifically requests that it not be republished without permission (check the copyright fine print, bottom right).

But more importantly, I didn't want to cause Ben any unnecessary headaches from random, angry content designers for a game he doesn't play, wondering why members of our FC poached their content sans permission, and posted it on Ben's site.

Remember, he's letting us use this forum space out of kindness...that privilege can be just as easily revoked.

I tossed Jano a request much earlier in the morning, and am still waiting on his/her reply as of this post.

However, if you already got his/her permission beforehand, then obviously ignore me! :P

Great image, but I have removed it until we have permission to reproduce. Will update the post as soon as we get the go ahead from Jano. In the meantime, you can click the link and view instead :)

As long as the re-post is a link to the original content on the original website, they do not have a valid protest.  Google, well internet search engines in general, have already set the legal precedence on that topic.

What you can't do, is to download it and upload it to a different site without giving proper credit to the original author and/or website.  Then they can make a legal request that it be removed.
