As mentioned in FC chat today, I thought I'd post a couple of screenshots showing how I rearranged my UI in ways that work for me ^_^
I also changed the colours of names of players, party members, NPCs, objects and stuff, so each is really easily identifiable in the world.
If you have any questions, just ask! It's hard to see everything with just a couple screenies ^_^
I just took the pics of mine to show but then Marrra and I realised that ours are almost identical as we've fed off each other as one or the other has thought of something else to make things how we want them to be.
So yeah.. mine is 99% like the above :)
Dont forget you can increase the size of UI elements by holding shift and hitting the HOME key after the element is selected!
For those of you with multiple characters and want to use the same UI layout across them all, I've worked out the how to do it, I just need to pull my finger out and post it for others.
Thank you for posting. I really like having the smaller hotkeys down on the lower right part of the screen. This is much better than my current UI. I am going to change mine now!

Primarily, its ADDON.DAT and COMMON.DAT for any UI customizations, but you can copy the rest too, except for GEASRSET.DAT and HOTBAR.DAT. Those files are character-specific, so I would not recommend copying them to alts.
No one seems to know what ACQ.DAT affects, but the others that I did not list are for keyboard/gamepad controls, keybind settings, macros and chat filters, so folks might find those handy. I do.
