Once I hit lvl 30, do I get the Paladin quest from the Gladiator Guildhall?

Once I hit lvl 30, do I get the Paladin quest from the Gladiator Guildhall?
I haven't done the Paladin quest specifically, but of the 5 jobs i have done so far, they seem to all be the same. The quest will start at the guildhall, and they will send you to another NPC. That NPC will be the one you will keep seeing to further you Job questline, every 5 levels.
The Paladin quest did come from the Gladiator Guildhall. I had to finish off some Gladiator quests before it would appear.
