Worth reading if you are not able to beta-play, I guess Paul Sage is not under NDA. Exciting to have detailed answers come out of Zenimax. The pendulum of public opinion has begun to swing their way in the last few weeks.
For me the best info was a solid answer given on weapon swap penalty - there is not one, however you will lose your summons unless they are on both hotbars. Kind of makes conjuration spells less appealing but I suppose it makes sense.
