Is this for PVP or PVE?
I play a nightblade archer. Your build has 4 bow skills. Seems like too many attacks. I usually have only one, Magnum Shot, or in organized PvP raids I might have Bombard or Volley instead. Sometimes Snipe in organized sieges, too.
Remember, there are no skill cooldowns in this game. All those bow skills do the same basic thing (damage), and they all draw from the same pool of stamina. I can't imagine a scenario where you would use them all in a rotation.
Swallow Soul has been weak heals for me, and I am Argonian with the heals buff. I don't know how well it stacks with the Mage's Guild skill, though. Maybe that makes it worth it.
I made some adjustments to this build recently I'll post it when i get a chance, mostly for pve at the moment since im not even vet1 yet :( too much life!
There's a difference in how builds play at <50 and then at Vet levels. Its one of the most common complaints you can find posted around the net right now, many are finding that the build that worked flawlessly for them getting to 50, is failing them in the Vet content.
