I am trying to keep my 3 crafters busy with researching; but often find I can't get a crafter on a research as I don't have any available item with a trait I need to research. This most commonly happening with the heavy armor. At times, I can find a researchable item in the guild store; but it seems silly to pay "full" price when we might be able to organize something within our own guild.
I'd like to propose that we work out some way to help each other get the items with the traits we are missing. Since there are so many possible combinations, I think it might be difficult to set up a standard automatic way of swapping like we do for the deconstruct items in the guild bank. I think it might be easier to just set an inexpensive price for a level 1 item and put them in our guild store. I am willing to pay for them as I think it would be a headache to try and figure out what to swap with someone else. And there would be little incentive for someone that has all or most researched already.
