For those of you using the Minion manager, I've noticed that it doesn't always know that a mod has been installed if you added that mod outside of Minion. Assuming the directories are the same name, it just overwrites what is there, so that shouldn't be an issue. If you called the directory something else when you installed it manually, you will want to go in and delete the old directory to avoid having duplicate mods running.
