Yea, but see... the game ran GREAT for me, before they did whatever they did with the last patch. I'm actually quite intelligent, tech savvy and have forgotten more about computer technology than a lot of folks know and the one thing that I've discovered after countless hours of troubleshooting and testing, is that I can not fix whatever this problem is, that I'm having.
Game ran great. Now it doesn't.
They broke it, I didn't. Its not my fault.
edit: Try this on for some perspective (its actually a true story).
You're a regular lunch customer at Subway. The sandwiches are always fresh, with crisp lettuce, flavorful meat and soft, fluffy bread with a crisp crust.
One day, you go to lunch and are served a sandwich on stale bread, cheese with hardened edges, wilted lettuce and bland meat. You ask what happened and are told that there was a change with distributors not delivering on time and the store just needs some time to work on getting fresh materials.
You go back the next week, the bread is a fresher, but the lettuce has a vinegary smell and the meat tastes borderline rancid. Again you ask, what's going on? and are answered with "well, the new distributor works with several different sources and its taking more time to get deliveries straightened out with the other suppliers".
So another week goes by and there's still no change, they say that they're still waiting on this or that, and you should get my point here. You're just going to stop eating at Subway and find another restaurant to go eat lunch at.
That's how I view this situation. I really wish that it was how others, especially Zenimax, would see it, too. Just "because its a video game" is no excuse.
