Moving

Hey everyone,

First off I wanted to say I'm having a wonderful time in BD and even though I don't talk much on Discord I'm still listening and laughing with you guys.

My wife and I have planned to move to a new city so she put in for a transfer. She was told it would be several months down the road and maybe not even then. Well got a phone call last night saying they wanted her next week. Talk about a 180. So we are in panic mode. Having to pack, sell our house and I have to find a new job. Luckly we have family in the city we are moving to and will be moving in with them until everything is set. I'll be staying behind until everything is wrapped up here. The point I'm making with all of this is I wont be on much until everything is set. Which maybe a few months down the road. So to make room for others, the next time I'm on I should be moved to the 2nd guild instead of staying in the main branch. I'm not going anywhere as I'll be on as much as I can and plan to continue to play this wonderful game for a long time to come. But I know it's not fair to take up a spot when it could be used for somebody more active.

Who on earth does she work for, that thinks you all can sell a house in a week?  At least this wasn't... what, 5-6 years ago?  Whenever it took forever to try and sell a house (some markets were impossible).

(not sure that we have a 2nd guild, well in the overflow sense, but I honestly have no idea what's going on w/ BDO anymore, it's taken a detour from the supposed social adventure plan and structure)

Wow, that is crazy stuff. With that fast of a turn around they should at least throw in relocation costs. It does help that a move to where family is. I've done a LOT of moving and it is crazy how things can go.
