I spent some time talking with the GM of that guild mentioned above. They seem to very much like-minded to GSCH and on several occasions I've had the pleasure to invite their members into my grind parties and just go at the mobs for hours. I'm going to continue to build up relationships with this guild and the others on my radar however just note that these people seem to be very good sports and I would recommend trying to add them to your group if your farming in the same area.
As far as alliance is concerned they were a little hesitate about trying to form up something for now(understandable), however for the community events they were very excited about them and wanted to pledge support.
Communication lines are open with these people and it might be a good idea to have some elders that play BDO talk to a few of them as well.
