Yes, we're all fine. We, luckily, were not on the server that bugged out.
That's good news. I tried claiming my preorder items from the website but it won't let me select a server, they are greyed out. Perhaps it's because I'm on my phone.
You need to have logged into the game at least once before you can start claiming the pre-order items.

Hey, I didn't think you guys were going to play this. How do I get into the guild on Orwen?
I guess I just need to know how to find you guys. I played one day of beta so I am very very new and don't know most of the UI. LOL!
are we still using channel 3 like in the CBT? I can't find anywhere that its mentioned. I still have to wait until Tuesday to play, but I want to be prepared!
Guild is in process of being leveled and member space is limited by a guild's level, so have patience. The contract quests to level guilds are daily quests, so they have to complete them, then wait for them to reset the following day. Each level adds +5 slots and I believe each subsequent level requires more XP, just like character levels.
AFAIK, none of us were affected by the bug, but I've been hearing that quite a few were unable to create characters, so I'm not sure what that was about, or if it's been resolved.
OF IMPORTANT NOTE:
Do take your time and pay very close attention to the Server Selection process. I can not stress that enough, because it's ... different than what most of us are used to seeing, so may be a little confusing.
If anyone has any questions, use Discord to ask. It is our primary communication tool for BDO.
Don't fret if the channel Calpheon 02 is full already and locked, you can jump into any channel and switch it later in the game.
However, you CANNOT switch servers!!!!! Be sure to pick Orwen.
So the named channels on Orwen are instances or shards? I patched and logged in this morning before work, but didn't progress beyond the server/channel selection before heading off to work. Was confused about the whole channel thing.
So you will see Orwen, Edan and Uno (or whatever that sudden 3rd was called.
Each server has a list of channels on it and each available channel with room will have an enter button next to it.
So make sure you are looking at the list directly under Orwen (no buttons are clickable with server names btw)
Fine Calpheon02 and click the enter button next to it.

I am downloading BDO atm, will be on to play tomorrow!! I can not wait to get to play with you all again ! I am so far behind in GW2 from real life events. just want to play with my Gaiscioch family again!! Cant wait, have discord installed and ready!
