Battlefied Review

By: Caellius

Greetings Ceannard Foghladha,

I trust this missive has reached you in a timely manner. As directed, I took the field with the intent to free specific areas of our realms from the taint of Destruction. Overall the campaign was a large success. Many members of our family and alliance joined me in the field. All said and told - after taking and retaking a total of eleven keeps and almost twenty battlefied objectives - and slaying hundreds of the enemy - we quit the field holding *every single* battle field objective and keep in the follow theatres:

Averlorn
Saphery
Highpass
Talabecland
Black Fire Pass
Bad Lands

Demoralized and discouraged - the enemy quit the field. This is not to say our campaign was easy. The enemy put up many valiant attempts to defeat us - but in the long run - we prevailed - the might and guidance of Myrmidia was quite apparent on the field - while the futility of following the Runious Powers was also in evidence.

You will be pleased to know some of the techniques that you have pioneered with our younger asparents are quite appropriate when battling more advanced foes. It would appear that the scum of Chaos do not learn their lessons and lack patience during a siege. I would recommend to any other field commander to use this to your advantage - the followers of Destruction - by and large are an impatient lot. You can easily draw them out of the protection of their keeps by presenting them with a weak force - while holding your main force in ready reserve. This technique *only works* after you have breached their keep doors - as that adds to their sense of urgency.

May Myrmidia Guide you,
Draoi Caelliu
