Awesome Entry Into AvA!

By: Andy371

This event last night was my first real crack at AvA in ESO (and at large scale PvP on any platform really for that matter.) I had decided to wait after reaching lvl 10 and checking out cyrodill within a couple of days of launch. I thought it would make the experience so much better and more worth the time playing with a good group of people. So I waited it out. Now after being in Gaiscioch for a couple of weeks once I saw the event in the calender and noticed it suited my availability to play rather well I got excited and jumped straight into Hopesfire to avoid missing anything (about 30 mins before event.)

Even though I don't think we had a real 'successful' run, for someone as new to AvA as me, being in roughly a 50 man team (split into 3 groups), all I can say is it was an absolute blast. Even running from location to location in a big group felt like we were really at war, I was fully immersed.

I think for a first time I managed to help out as well as I could where I could. But this was mostly a learning experience for me. Now I can come into coming AvA events somewhat prepared for what is coming. I have to give credit to Fog, Kaytlin and Pookah and everyone who was involved in the event for being friendly and helpful (Particularly the leaders, I think they done a great job co coordinating our groups.)

I feel that after a few more events we will truly begin to be a dominate force in AvA, everything in our guild points to a prosperous future.

So that's my recap of my first AvA experience in ESO. Once again thanks to all the guys and girls who were involved and made it so much fun for such a newbie! :)
