50 Things That Would Make Warhammer Even More Fun!

50 things that I think would make Warhammer online even more enjoyable.





  • 1) Give us the option to toggle the flight animation to "off" so we can go straight to the zoning screen.

  • 2) Let us enter the Hunters Vale instance at any level. It can remain a T1 instance if there are concerns about farming it for higher level gear/PQ drops. But let us 40's zone in and solo the lord for a cloak if we want to.

  • 3) Remove the lock out timers for all city dungeons. Having more Sentinel gear and greater wards is not game breaking.

  • 4) Remove crafting containers and money from Keep PQ bags. Let the new folks gear up.

  • 5) Drop the officers medallion costs from gear higher than conquerer.

  • 6) Increase the drop rate of crests in ORVR.

  • 7) Reward RR level appropriate crests for zone locks.

  • 8) Implement a new PVE dungeon boss loot system. A token system would allow us to gather tokens with each boss kill which can be used to purchase the appropriate gearnormally dropped by that boss. Alternately, have the boss drop only gear usable by the party that killed the boss.

  • 9) Allow ORVR players to earn those swell scenario weopons through oRVR. Scenarios can remain the most "efficient" way to get the weapons but let non-scanrio players get them eventually.

  • 10) Adjust the rate at which players become worth less RR when killed. If a player hasn't been killed for 5 minutes, make them worth full renown again.

  • 11) Double the amount of influence gained for objectives/kills/locks or halve the influence required for T2 & T3 ORVR rewards.

  • 12) Bring back the live events that give out the Chargers Charm & Chaos Wastes Mirror or provide another avenue for earning them.

  • 13) Reduce the the War Report cooldown to once every 4 hours.

  • 14) Allow us to view our mastery trees via the character tab rather than having to visit the trainer.

  • 15) Allow us to gather Ordinance without dismounting. If I can butcher a corpse while mounted I should be able to pick up a thingy too.

  • 16) Increase the friends list to 100 entries.

  • 17) Place a floating Red Cross Icon above the healer NPCs.

  • 18) Promote group play. Let group members gain the same XP for mob kills as they would receive solo.

  • 19) City siege Gold PQ bags should drop both the randomly determined piece of set gear and the equivelent number of crests needed to buy that item from an NPC merchant. This makes getting your 5th belt much less painful.

  • 20) Opting out of a City Siege PQ should no longer lock you out for the loot roll for that stage.

  • 21) Spam/harassment reporting. Allow a ready to file CSR ticket to be opened directly from character names in the chat window. Some of these random names are a reall bugger to type out. make this quick and very easy to do without multiple windows and clicks. One pop up window asking if we're certain we want to report this name for spam is enough of a check.

  • 22) Make warcamp cannons/siege weapons do more damage. If the enemy is going to spawn camp an ORVR camp then they do so at their peril! Multiply the damage x 3 for starters.

  • 23) Disable advice chat when using a siege weapon.

  • 24) Increase the number of players than can join a guild.

  • 25) Increase the number of guilds that can join an alliance.

  • 26) Allow player RR level to exceed their rank starting with level 30. Folks new to T4 need all the help they can get.

  • 27) Make more Dungeon items BoE as opposed to BoP.

  • 28) Allow us to search for crafting materials by skill level in the AH.

  • 29) Fix the Z axis bug.

  • 30) Increase the Open World drop rate of Blue BoP seeds slightly.

  • 31) Increase the drop rate of Blue BoP seeds from Lostvale & ToVL bosses significantly.

  • 32) Third faction. Yeah, I know it's far too late for this one but it's the one thing that would instantly renew my interest in playing for another year.

  • 33) Cross Server scenarios.

  • 34) Groups joing scenarios together are only pitted against other pre-made groups. Individuals queuing for scenarios have the option to face other pugs or first available opponent.

  • 35) Upcoming RVR pack Skaven zone: Make it MASSIVE. No really. Make this zone as big as three other zones combined. Bigger!

  • 36) Bind on Account items. Let my 40 buy items for my alts that will grow with my alt through T 1, 2, & 3.

  • 37) Reduce the effectiveness of the Brightwizard/Sorcerer mechanic directly rather than continuing to nerf Aoe/close quarter damage. Too many classes have been nerfed as collateral damage while trying to reign in the over-powered Caster crit classes.

  • 38) Bring back Fortresses. Maybe give the attackers on siege tower for each zone pairing they've locked so there are multiple ways into the Fort.

  • 39) Introduce random Tomb King invasions PQ's to T4 PVE zones. Encourages folks to vist the empty T4 PVE zones, provides an opportunity to earn TOVL/LoTD loot (or currency) outside of the six man. This would be a warband raid. The encounter *might* flag players for RVR to encourage PVP in a new setting.

  • 40) Give us end game folks a reason to do T4 PQ's again. If new items are too diffecult to balance/design then give us some items with cool appearances to chase.

  • 41) Make lostvale boss encounters a PQ loot roll. When you kill a boss you are locked out on the loot roll for that boss. This will allow us to run the instance more often, helping others to gear up even when we can't get the loot ourselves.

  • 42) Add a Career path caluculator to the Warhammer website. Keep it up to date.

  • 43) Add an item database to the warhammer website that includes the appearance of each item.

  • 44) Give us an option to show off our guild heraldry on shields. This might simply be an item appearance option.

  • 45) Make Sigmar Hammer scrolls stack to 20

  • 46) Remove purple armor items from City PQ bags. Have them drop from enemy players in city fights instead.

  • 47) Make the bodies of fallen allies glow so that healers outside your group can readily see you lying there hoping for a rez.

  • 48) Make Keg end barrels permanent, but attackable by both factions. They have one hit point and can be killed by AE damage. They're very useful for popping the user off of stuck terrain that would otherwise kill you.

  • 49) Make griffons smaller, let is click through their wings, make the wings fold when not in motion, remove all slow fall effects which just lead to more damage.

  • 50) Allow Craythur to earn an orc piggy mount! I'd be dead sexy on one.
