I am looking for Dedicated raiders to raid with me in Hammerknell Wednesdays and Fridays, 6-9 server. What I need are clerics, both dps and heals, Mages, dps and heals and one mage tank, and just some good ole fashion dps whether it is warriors or rogues.
Requirements:
You must have minimum 300 hit/focus preferred 320 hit/focus. 200 Toughness for warriors and some tanky type rogues.
You must know your classes and be able to adjust your specs as needed. Also you must be willing to swap specs as needed if called for. Do not go in there thinking you're going to just dps when I might ask you to tank or heal or support.
Please know what consumables you should be carrying. Heroic mana or powersurge potions, whetstones/oilstones/powerstones. We have a lot of crafters in our guild who would be happy to make you what you need if you post them on the marketplace.
Other consumables such as thickplated armor for your chest, performance insoles for your boots, poisonous coating (for ranged rogues), and food. With survival stuff out you don't need to go to farhall to get food but if in a bind would not hurt to have some on hand. However don't rely on the rest of the raid to provide your food for you. Plan accordingly and bring your own potluck style.
Have a full sigil with the correct stats. Work on a water resist sigil though it will be a while before you need it. Please have runes on all your gear according to your class/spec. I will be happy to help you with whatever runes you need.
Loot rules are:
Master loot rolling for Main Spec first then Off Spec and finally Greed/Runebreak rolls.
If you start out as a dps class and you roll on a dps item then that is your main spec. If you roll on a healing item first that is your main spec. Etc. If no one else of that nature needs on the item then you may roll for Off Spec.
Hexed pieces and Relics: There will be an attendance based loot system. The more raids you attend the more points you will earn. Thus the more loot you will get. Everyone will start at 0 but for each full raid they attend (the whole three hours of a day) they will get 10 points. When you are awarded a hexed or relic piece you lose 25 points. Then when an item is dropped you will /roll and however many points you have will be added to your roll.
For example Player X has raided 5 days he will get 50 points.
Player Y has raided 8 days he will get 80 points.
Player X /roll 67 (1-100) with his attendance points of 50 that will put him at 117.
Player Y /roll 39 (1-100) with his attendance points of 80 that will put him at 119.
Player Y will get the piece because he has an attendance modifier. At this point the player will have 25 points deducted from his 80 points. You CAN go under 0 points but no player will go below -100 points and likewise no player can go over 100 points from attendance. If you reach 100 points for attendance (raiding 10 days) then you will stay at 100 points. This way no one person will be able to build up so many raid attendance points that no one can compete with them.
We will be using the Gaiscioch ventrilo server which will be announced at beginning of raid. I like to have fun raids which people are free to cut up and have fun unless the raid leader is explaining a fight or giving directions on pulls. I will have two main tanks at all times for pulls and often have four tanks for a boss fight. PLEASE listen to the tanks and obey them as you would a raid leader. I will have a main cleric call out battle rezes. Please listen to the designated cleric and please send a tell to him what spec you are running and how many battle rezes you have.
If you have any questions and/or would like to join us. Please send Tashwen, Braakis, Falstaff or Manluas an ingame tell or mail.
